N\u011bkdy n\u00e1m finan\u010dn\u00ed \u00fastavy nep\u016fj\u010d\u00ed ani na n\u011bjak\u00fd vlastn\u00ed byte\u010dek, proto\u017ee bychom z\u0159ejm\u011b neut\u00e1hli spl\u00e1tky.A kdy\u017e nastane podobn\u00e1 situace, m\u016f\u017ee se n\u00e1m hodit ur\u010dit\u011b i hypot\u00e9ka na dru\u017estevn\u00ed byt.
